Was a bit reluctant to add this review, I think it is important to say it. When things go perfectly right, it is easy to leave a great review. But what about when things go *wrong*? Please keep reading. I had some -heavy- work done here. Heavy. Dont want to say exactly what, but it was substantial. Bit of a turm around time, but it is a popular place, and I wasn't just asking for the cabin filter to be changed, so I get that, no issue. The work was great, everything was fine until one night it wasn't. The part catastrophically failed. It wasn't due to poor installation or anything to do with the shop as far as I could tell. It was close to the warranty expry. Didn't seem like any negligence. They just asked me to provide the maintenance records, checked them over, and instead of trying to pass the buck or put the blame on me, they *took care of it!* I was anticipating push back, fast talk, nope. They took care of it. Unbelievably, just stood by their work and made it right! They did tell me I had a weak starter motor. They gave me an estimate, but I had just had the starter replaced at another shop, so I let them know I was going to have it replaced under warranty there. TOTALLY different experience. They couldn't find the records. When I found them, they said they would have to test it. They couldn't do it that day. They had to talk to the technician to verify everything. And it turns out that replaced the starter, charged us, then put the old one back on! No explanation why - infuriating - and sadly, somewhat typical. Not only will they do great work, but they will not jerk you around or disappear after service. They stand behind their work. Very rare in this industry. Thanks guys!
