Please keep reading. I had some -heavy- work done here. Heavy. Dont want to say exactly what, but it was substantial. Bit of a turm around time, but it is a popular place, and I wasn't just asking for the cabin filter to be changed, so I get that, no issue. The work was great, everything was fine until one night it wasn't. The part catastrophically failed. It wasn't due to poor installation or anything to do with the shop as far as I could tell. It was close to the warranty expry. Didn't seem like any negligence. They just asked me to provide the maintenance records, checked them over, and instead of trying to pass the buck or put the blame on me, they *took care of it!* I was anticipating push back, fast talk, nope.
